1-bedroom house, Thornleigh street

The house is an ideal location for local/international University students as it is situated in a convenient and safe, family-friendly suburb, with only a 45-minute train ride to the city centre.

On-street 'free' parking is available otherwise it is only a 7-minute brisk walk to Thornleigh station alongside bus lines. The shopping centre is a less than 5-minute walk in addition to the ALDI and medical doctor clinic nearby. The area is described as a safe and family-orientated suburb, with only 10 min walking distance to the local oval and a great national park, offering bushwalking with the city view and access to the Kuring-Gai walking tracks.

The room is well lit with generous dimensions of 3x3sq metres in addition to full-furnishing; desk, lamp, mirror, bed, cupboard and shelf.

The house also has a backyard with a clothesline, hammock downstairs in addition to a spacious balcony. There are 2 other rooms occupied by two other experienced female house sharers. Both are warm and welcoming people who are open and globally-minded, having lived in different countries with people from all walks of life and are experienced housemate sharers as I have studied abroad before and now going abroad for employment. They also speak Japanese, German and Spanish fluently so if you are an international student this could be ideal for you. With their flexible and nurturing nature, they are easy-going and helpful people to live with respectfully.
