This is a very comfortable furnished studio room with all linen and furniture and necessities included. There is a double bed, desk, tv, cupboard, microwave, kettle, fridge etc). It also has its own private street entrance, balcony, and en suite bathroom. It is located near Erskineville train station. Unlimited wifi. Washing machine for student use.

My family lives in the main house across a courtyard. Student can use kitchen in house to prepare dinner or the room has a microwave etc for personal use.

It is an 8 minute walk to Erskineville train station. 10 mins from city. 25 mins walk to Sydney University or quicker to cycle.

Double bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, fan.
TV/Video, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, free wifi.
Excellent local cafes, parks etc. Woolworths Supermarket 3 min walk away.

$320 per week inclusive of all bills paid two weeks in advance.
Minimum stay one month. Two weeks notice please if moving out.
