Share apartment with one flatmate only, myself ^___^

One shared bathroom and shared kitchen. I fully support home-cooking but no deep frying and not using oven. Due to the size of the unit, it is hard to ward off the smell and the heat ^___^

Internal laundry/washer with front loader washing machine.

No partying or smoking inside the apartment and inside the building.

No friend’s staying overnight.

Lift, gym, a bike storage and a non-heated swimming pool are free to use in this low-rise garden apartment.

Rooftop garden at level 5 has abundance of herbs, like rosemary, dill, lemongrass, parsley, ...
