Local Shops/ Restaurants are either a 5 / 10 or 15 minute walk, quiet, private, sunny garden, House/Common room cleaner arrives fortnightly. You'll be co-habitating With (1 couple who reside upstairs, 64yo Manager & 2 Males (25/31yo) & 1 female (58) Registered Nurse. There is always someone home and we offer conversational English, some Italian & Japanese, French & Spanish. Plenty of off-street parking depending on the time of day & we reside opposite a Primary School/Aftercare/Kindy. Use of the Sauna & Gym is complimentary & All meals are up to you using our Modern kitchen. We have been using our house for boarders since 2012 so we are expierienced in students needs and wants.
