One gorgeous room available in beautiful home in a wonderful location a short ten minute walk to Sydney University. Short walk to Glebe Point Road, Annandale shops and bustling Newtown. Close to lovely bush walks, harbour walks. Quiet, yet only minutes from the city.
The house is perfect for a professional or student/itinerant teacher or lecturer for the start of second semester. It is truly a lovely home and I take a lot of pride in the house.
It is recently renovated, with gas fireplace, heated bathrooms, all the mod cons. Room has double French doors looking out onto a lovely garden and adjoining bush reserve. Minutes walk to cafes, shops, supermarket... Everything you need. Nearby to bus and light rail to city. Warm and cosy house. Clean and light and very quiet apart from the birds in the bush!
Your room is cosy and has a spectacular outlook over a bushy reserve, with double french doors. It has a ceiling fan, and heater will be provided. Fully furnished and your own private renovated bathroom. The third room will be a spare room and may sometimes be used for Airbnb guests on occasion.

I am looking for an easy going, friendly and open person who likes privacy, enjoys music, is happy to have the occasional wine but also enjoys his or her own space. I am a happy to watch a good film (especially documentaries) but prefer someone who is not a tv addict!
I am a documentary maker and will work from home the next couple of months but I will also be travelling quite a bit so need someone trustworthy to look after the house. I love to have a good conversation and enjoy warm friendly people.
