2-bedroom shared townhouse, Foss Street

Spacious private bedroom available on a quiet street of Forest Lodge, with only a 10 minute walk from Glebe Point Road, shops and restaurants. The house was refurbished only two years ago and has been dearly taken care of. The room available has plenty of light, easily holds a double bed and has a built in wardrobe. Although the bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully equipped with basic appliances, along with our proud extensive collection of kitchenware.
The water bill is included in the rent and the electricity bill is paid quarterly and split equally between the three of us. We also have unlimited WiFi available for $20/month per person.

My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent one of the bedrooms in our quiet two bedroom terrace house. We are both studying full time and working part time and we are looking for someone like-minded who is friendly, respectful to others, and happy to share the responsibility of taking care of the house without cleaning rosters and strict rules. The most important thing is that you are easy to communicate with and want to add to the homey feeling of the house rather than a share-house where people just come and go.
