3-bedroom shared house, North West Arm Rd

The couple are in their late 30’s with a young daughter who is at school.
They are experienced Hosts who have had students reside with them for long periods of time.
The Bus Stop is at the front door. The local train station is a 5 minute walk.

Accommodation with No meals provided : $250 per week including bills.
Accommodation with With meals provided : $320 per week including bills.
Meals are Two Meals weekdays and Three Meals weekends.
