Just 4kms from Fisher Library, a 20 minute bus trip.
Share with one 40+ female who works full-time on the transition to clean energy with a research organisation. I live a fairly active life and often leave at 5am for yoga or the gym (crazy I know ! ). ATM I WFH 3 days per week but this may reduce over time.

It is a modern unit, bright, light and spacious. Huge open plan living area. Modern kitchen and a recently renovated bathroom. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Wooden floors in all the living areas and a brand new carpet in the room that is available.

The room is spacious, with natural light and has a large built-in. It looks out onto a massive tree that is currently showing its glorious array of autumn colours.

The unit is fully furnished though there is space for a few additional items. There is a large storage cupboard in the unit and a storage space in the secure parking area.

Minutes to bus and all the cafes of Leichhardt. 10-15 mins walk to the Bay run.
Travel time by public transport, door-to-door is 25-30 minutes to the Fisher Library.
Buses to city, Campsie, Rozelle, Balmain and Bondi run frequently.

I am looking for someone to share the unit as a home, even if it is only for a few months, though the room is available on a long term basis. And if my sharing record is any help, I have had housemates that have shared with for 7 years and we are all still great friends.
