We have a cute modern studio behind out family home which is completely separate with it's own entry via the back lane - lane is well lit with a sensor light above entry door and secure electronic door lock.

Open to short term (minimum 2 weeks) to long term stays of a single person, couples, single parent or a couple with one child (note re safety: the staircase is slightly steep which may be an issue with small children).

The studio is modern, recently renovated with comfortable ensuite bathroom and a kitchen area (induction cooktop, microwave, toaster and kettle).

It is pretty much fully furnished with king single bed (gas lifts to clear away for more space if needed through the day), small couch which also opens to a single bed (not on pics atm), TV (smart, inc Netflix etc), fridge and lot of kitchen appliances including pans, pots, cutlery and cooking utencils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses.

The studio is on the 1st floor above a garage. The garage is only being used for storage, so not car noise. There are 12 stairs to get up to the studio, so not suitable for anyone who may have issues with stairs or for a toddler as no gates are installed.

The location: 5 minutes walk to Enmore Park, covered swimming pool & gym; 10 minutes walk to Metro Shopping Centre with major supermarkets, green grocer, clothes shops and others; 30 seconds walk to nearest cafe as well as a bust stop with various connections to the University of Sydney, UTS, CBD, Nort Sydney and Bondi. 13 minute walk to Newtown train station and other buses that go to Coogee.
