The room available is unfurnished, but there is also a solid, vintage queen size bed & mattress available if needed. It's at the front of the house, while the other tenant April uses the rear lane access and her room is at the other end of the house. The large living/dining/kitchen area is super quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has a good benchtop and electric stove top, an old but great oven and a modern full size fridge.

The living room is pretty much fully furnished, including quality couches, table, art deco drinks cabinet, and unlimited NBN with wifi router. There's one big bathroom with toilet, shower (great water pressure and all new taps/shower head) and big bath, as well as another separate toilet. Good, modern washing machine but no drier - clothesline is in a large, private undercover courtyard however so you don't miss it. Big table in the courtyard is great for studying or for drinks with friends and there's plants everywhere out there.

Location, location! The house is half way between King St Newtown/Enmore Rd and Parramatta Rd, with bus stop to the city 100m down the street. 10min walk to Newtown train station, 15-20 min walk to RPA and USYD. Awesome and huge park (O'Dea Reserve) is across the back lane, cafes, corner and bottle shops nearby too.

Unlimited on-street parking on the streets behind the house and round the side lane. Oh and the neighbours on both sides are the best you'll ever have!
