The house is in a great central location, close to Stanmore train station and buses on Parramatta road. It is a 10 minute walk to Sydney University and only 5km from the Sydney CBD.

The house is a large double story terrace with huge indoor and outdoor living spaces. The available room is a large double size and includes a queen size bed, sheets, pillows, duvet, study desk and cupboards. There is a shared bathroom with 1 other person and shared kitchen dining room and shared study area. There is an outdoor area including BBQ and garden.
There is one other house mate. My two Children stay with me 3 nights a week and we live upstairs.
