One bedroom inside a 3 storey terrace for rent. Located 2 blocks from Parramatta Road and Glebe Officeworks, the house has a central location to UTS, USYD, transport, shops, cafes and RPA hospital. The room has its own terrace area, most furniture except a bed. Any tennant is welcome to use the rest of the appliances and items in the house if used respectfully and cleaning is a shared responsibility.
The room is on the bottom floor of the house and there is only one other occupant in the terrace (me) on the top floor. Part time during the week I have my small dog living with me and the rest of the time he lives with my parents when I work long hours.
About me: I'm a lecturer at USYD, I start work early and usually finish late and on weekends like to get outdoors. I love to cook and am looking for a mature person to live with who likes to socialise occasionally but also appreciates some alone time. With one bathroom, I am only looking for one housemate to occupy the room. Students and professionals equally welcome.
