96 Glebe Guesthouse is along Glebe Point Road close to Broadway. The bus stop is outside the house it is a 15-20 minute walk to the University of Sydney and the (RPA) Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. There are cafes and wine bars to choose from outside our guesthouse and along Glebe Point Road.

Is ideal for international students and middle age professionals, who are looking for short term accommodation.
Our guest house is a 3 level building with 9 fully furnished lockable bedrooms, all the bedrooms have windows. Your bed is made before you arrival, we give you bed linen, blankets, 2 pillows and 2 bath towels, your bed room is cleaned once a week by our house keeper.
BATHROOMS:
There are separate male and female bathrooms, there are (NO PRIVATE BATHROOMS) housekeeping is done daily.
The house has shared communal facilities there is a spacious kitchen with full cooking facilities, you have your own food cupboard and fridge space. When staying with us you would need to buy your own food and washing liquid for washing your own clothes.
There is a roof top courtyard to relax in with BBQ facilities, also coin operated laundry facilities located on the roof top.

We provide a respectful relaxing and clean non-smoking environment for all to enjoy.
YOUR WEEKLY RENT INCLUDES:
Gas, hot water, electricity and FREE WIFI, 30GB per week.

• Male and Female twin share rooms $280. 00 per person per week
On arrival we require a refundable bond of one week’s rent, departure cleaning fee of $30. 00 per person and 4 weeks rent, you have the option of paying for your entire stay or 2 cash installments.
