3-bedroom house, Palace St

We are a family wanting to share our house with students from overseas wanting to live in a house where they are safe, yet close to everything that they need: Bus/trains to get to universities and shops. Looking for long term students who are doing their studies at Sydney Uni, TAFE, Parramatta etc. Ashfield is no more than 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD or Parramatta.

Our house is a couple of minutes walk to Ashfield Train Station and the buses stop just a few metres from our front door. Buses take you straight up to Sydney University or TAFE at Ultimo. Or to the centre of Sydney!

We prefer Woman/ladies that are coming into our country to learn English as well, our children will help in that department.

Our rooms come with all linen (brand new) Internet, electricity, water, fully functioning kitchen as well as two bathrooms. The laundry also comes with a washing machine.

There is also a very large dining/lounge room that is also fully furnished, as well as a large patio that you can relax in.

There is a large TV in the lounge room that has Netflix.
