It is a fully furnished room with IKEA furniture (linen included) in a newly renovated 4 bed room house; It is located in a secure residential area, short distance about 9 km away from Sydney CBD, 19 mins by public transport (train) to Central station, 7 mins walk distance from the property to the Hurlstone Park train station.

The room is furnished with:

A single size IKEA bed frame with pillow top mattress.

We have two kitchens, bathrooms and laundries in the house, you will share a kitchen, a bathroom & a Laundry with another female tenant. All rooms are hard wood timber floor.

There are local shops (cafe, bakery, local supermarket and grocery shops) next to the Hurlstone Park train station, there are also large supermarkets (ALDI & Woolworth) within 15 mins walking distance.

A GYM facility (Anytime Fitness) is located in the local club which is 10 mins away from the property. Cooks River and River side cycle-way is also at an easy 5 mins walking distance.

The rent is $220 including Electricity, Gas, water bills and unlimited wifi.
