Ashfield Park is a 5 minute walk away. 5 minute walk to station.. 24 hour gym opposite station. Bus to Sydney University at end of street ( Parramatta Rd). Express train to city takes less than 15 minutes. Trains generally every 8 minutes. Swimming pool about 15 minutes walk. Large shopping mall - Coles. Woolworths, Aldi, K-mart, post office, several banks etc. I am in my mid fifties . All of my former flat mates were under 35 years of age and one stayed for over 5 years. Three other former flat mates stayed 4 years. All are still great friends. My last flatmate was a 22 year old Indian student who returned to India after staying a year. Car space off street. I have travelled round the world twice and I went to China few years ago with by best friend who was born there. I am very quiet and respect other people's right to the same. If you are studying or resting then you won't hear me as I am very quiet.. All bills must be paid on time. My interests include theatre, cinema,writing ,gym , travel,all nationalities of food (especially Asian). I previously worked as a professional actor for 30 years and also as a Security person etc. No maximum staying time. No bond to pay .
