Student-friendly accommodation in a 2-yr-old apartment close to Canterbury Station, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is seconds away from the Canterbury Station and 428 directly to USYD Camperdown Campus. Cafes, Woolworths and Medical Centre are downstairs. The bedroom is fully furnished, which includes a king-single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, and a built-in wardrobe.

The whole apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. You will share it with a friendly young couple who are both studying and working, two free-range cats and one rabbit who occupies one of the balconies. You are welcome to use the common area such as the kitchen and lounge room.

We are neat people and prefer a quiet environment. We are looking for a non-smoking female student / professional who is also quiet, neat and animal-friendly. No parties or overnight visitors, please.
