Available for the summer holidays are quality rooms in a fully renovated, semi-detached house in Annandale. The location is prime and next to a variety of quality businesses, restaurants, take-aways, supermarkets and parks. You can catch the bus across the road departing every 15 minutes. The City, Glebe, Broadway, Newtown, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, UTS and Sydney University are nearby. The house is homely and clean and located in a safe, leafy neighbourhood. The property is maintained by an offsite property manager/handyman team available 24/7.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and plenty of storage. The fully stocked kitchen has a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, jaffle maker, rice cooker, built-in alkaline water filter, saucepans, plates, cups, cutlery, tea towels, storage containers, chopping board etc. There is a front garden and patio with a sitting area and a rustic back yard with a sitting area. Other facilities include a washing machine/dryer, dining area, on street parking permit for all day parking (to use yourself or lend to visitors), lockable rear lane access and garage for storage only, clothesline/pegs, garden hoses, garment steamer, vacuum, mop, dustpan/broom, washable cleaning cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, organic laundry/dishwasher/cleaning products etc.

Rent includes everything listed including water, gas, electricity, unlimited internet, maintenance and occasional cleaning assistance.

Available is a small single bedroom downstairs, medium size double bedroom downstairs for 1 or 2 people and an extra large double bedroom upstairs for 1 or 2 people ('the treehouse' accessed via quality attic ladder). All rooms are permanently rented but fully available (no owner possessions) for the holiday months of December, January and February. You may stay in any of the rooms for as little or as long as you like (1 day to 3 months). The rooms come with a bed, desk, ergonomic chair, desk lamp, built in study shelf, magnetic board, document organisers, built-in wardrobe with coat hangers and mirror, built-in 800cm flat screen television, fan, heater, window with curtain/flyscreen/security grill, quilt, blanket, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, towels, laundry bag and own storage in the bathroom, fridge and kitchen cupboards.

All rooms $300 per week for the holiday months of December, January and February only.
