HELLO FUTURE HOUSEMATE!
I am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom cottage in Rozelle, as my old housemate has moved back to the UK.
THE HOUSE:
The house is a lovely weatherboard cottage with paved, sunny backyard, with plants, garden chairs, and a sun brolly. The laundry has a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully kitted out, but I’m happy for you to bring your furniture or appliances. We are very close to buses that go to the city (about 15 minutes to get to Town Hall), the light rail, IGAs, many different pubs, parks, and the Bay Run.
YOUR ROOM:
The room is unfurnished can fit a queen size bed plus more, with floorboards. Rent is $275 p/w plus utilities, and available now.
THE OCCUPANTS:
Harri: Working in graphic design in Pyrmont. Studying land conservation. Loves a whiskey and enjoys all things sci-fi. Gardening, beers and markets on weekends!
Rexy: Is a cat who enjoys the finer things in life; food and pats.
