We're looking for a housemate, preferably female, to fill a fully furnished bedroom in a beautiful house in Leichhardt. The room has a queen bed, built in robes, balcony access and wooden floors.

Just 5 minutes from the light rail and Leichhardt Market Place is about 5 minutes away also. The area is very quite with no major road traffic nearby.

The house has all the modern conveniences you'd expect in a family home: 2 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath), laundry, large fridge, gas cooker, internet, microwave, back garden, plenty of street parking.

Rent will be $300/pw including all bills (internet, gas and electricity). No additional costs.

We also have a friendly cat, so cat lovers welcome.
