GREAT LOCATION IN GLEBE:
It is a 2 minute walk to Glebe Point Road where you will find bus stops going to Broadway, Newtown and to the Sydney CBD. You will also find along Glebe Point Road cafes, mini super market and the Glebe Library. We are also a 15 minute walk to Black Wattle Bay where the University of Sydney Rowling club is located. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the University of Sydney and to the (RPA) Royal Prince Alfred Hospital from Boyce Street share house.

BOYCE STREET SHARE HOUSE:
Is ideal for international students and middle age professionals, who are looking for short term accommodation.
Our share house is an English terrace house with 5 fully furnished lockable bedrooms, all the bedrooms have windows. Your bed is made before you arrival, we give you bed linen, blankets, 2 pillows and 2 bath towels.

BATHROOMS:
There are 2 bathrooms, there are (NO PRIVATE BATHROOMS), housekeeping is done daily.
The house has shared communal facilities there is a spacious kitchen with full cooking facilities, you have your own food cupboard and fridge space. When staying with us you would need to buy your own food and washing liquid for washing your own clothes.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE:
We provide a respectful relaxing and clean non-smoking environment for all to enjoy.

YOUR WEEKLY RENT INCLUDES:
Gas, hot water, electricity and FREE WIFI, 7GB per week.

THE PEOPLE YOU ARE SHARING THE HOUSE WITH ARE:
Professional working travellers, International students, Medical students and Interstate Australians. The age group is between 20 – 30 years old.

ROOMS TO RENT:
Minimum stay of 4 weeks or more we have the following rooms available right now.
• Single room $380. 00 per week
• Male and Female twin share rooms $280. 00 per person per week
• Room with a double bed (couple) $480. 00 per week.

On arrival we require a refundable bond of one week’s rent, onetime only cleaning fee of $30. 00 and 4 weeks, you have the option of paying for your entire stay or 2 cash installments. Should you wish to extend your stay we need 2 weeks notice as the room or your bed will have been booked in advance.
